Gerald is one of the few that wears the title of a legend and pioneer within the electronic music. His “Voodoo Ray” is one of the most famous tracks of dance music history.

It is a piece of acid house and Manchester in canned form. “28 Gun Bad Boy” is considered to be the one that created the genre of Jungle. His innovative period in the late 2000′s took him on tour to Japan, USA and got him constant gigs at Berghain, Fabric and many of the world’s biggest clubs.

Gerald comes from a musical family, originating from Jamaica (his uncle is Duckie Simpson, also known as Black Uhuru) and has succeeded in combining drum & bass, acid house, techno, house, reggae, dub and ambient in a electrifying way. His eighth album, ‘Tronic Jazz – The Berlin Sessions” was released on Japanese Labratory Instinct, and is reissues of the album “Black Secret Technology”
