WMWL – An uncompromising record label for uncomrpomising artists

Since its creation, WMWL has put quality before hype, character before Facebook-likes and Beatport-chart placements. This is also the motto with the record label WMWL.

Our first release, Folkets Hus EP (that translates to People´s House in Swedish) included our manifesto, and was a compilation of alternative deep and tech house feautring Özgur Can and legendary Karl-Axel Bissler aka KAB among others. You´ll find it here:

Our second release saw Christian Lappalainen crafting a modern classic, called Acid på Svenska, a remake of the most sold Swedish Jazz record ever, the Jazz på Svenska by Jan Johansson. The acid is strong with this one!

For our third release we tapped the namestrong but mysterious Karl-Axel Bissler, for a massive three-track EP, also including a remix by upcoming produer Daniel I aka Karl M.
